Maintainance





When the device is running, no rigid foreign body is larger than 5mm into the machine, otherwise it should be shut down. In the operation, if there is any abnormal sound of metal touching, friction, etc., check and check out.

For solid - liquid mixing, it should be operated first. After spraying liquid, after spraying, continue to work for 3 ~ 5 minutes.

The mixing time of materials is usually about 5 ~ 8 minutes. Special material mixing time shall be determined by user test.

The particle size of the mixed materials is 20 ~ 1400. The spray amount can be determined according to the material's adsorption performance and the production process of the user.

The lubricating oil of reducer and bearing should be replaced regularly. The lubrication of the reducer is not required by the reducer specification. Spindle bearing is used for compound lithium grease.

Packing seal is used for shaft end seal. The sealing material is generally oil-impregnated asbestos, and if a small amount of leakage is found in the use, the solid box cover should be tightened.
